Cancellation Policy

1. We reserve a credit card to hold all appointments.

2. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment

3. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be considered a "no show"

            *Please Note:

Our staff are all highly trained, educated and licensed professionals who are paid commission, and this career is how they feed their families and pay their bills. We ask that you respect their time, and respect them as professionals by giving minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to give notice or being deemed a "no show" will result in a 50% charge for all services booked.

Here at TCA we work hard to create a relaxing & luxurious atmosphere where all staff and clients feel respected & safe. We are a Safe Space for all humans. This means we ask all staff and clients to respect all humans, regardless of your personal beliefs.

This space is safe for all skin tones, abilities, ages, genders & the LGBTQIA+ community.

If this policy is something you are unable to help us uphold, we respectfully ask that you make an appointment at another salon and/or spa.

  1. Masks may be worn by your technician  while providing services.

  2. Babies & Children (0-12 y/o) are NOT permitted in TCA & anyone age 12-17 y/o must be accompanied by an adult.

  3. No pets or "emotional support animals" are permitted in TCA, unless they are trained services animals with proper paperwork.

  4. Cell Phones, Judgements & Discussions about Politics & Religion must be on SILENT MODE at all times.

  5. All phone calls must be made & taken outside.

  6. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items on premises 

  7. We are not responsible for injury or damages to your person or personal belongings 

  8. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason 

  9. We reserve the right to raise our prices or change our policies without warning 

  10. We are not responsible for any claims made by any brand or products sold or given at TCA

  11. The beliefs and actions of each stylist and aesthetician do not represent of TCA 

  12. TCA is a SAFE SPACE for ALL HUMANS
